ABC Translation ('we') collects your name, email address, phone number (optional), your message and any documents you attach, in order to prepare a quote and respond to your enquiry.
2. Purpose
Preparing quotes, answering enquiries, concluding and performing contracts, and complying with legal obligations.
3. Retention
Enquiry data is deleted once no longer needed. If a contract is concluded, data is retained for the periods required by applicable law.
4. Disclosure
We never sell your data. Where necessary to perform the service (translators, notaries, submissions to authorities or embassies, couriers, our offices abroad) data is shared only to the extent required.

Encrypted transmission (HTTPS), restricted access, and attachments are forwarded by email and not stored on the web server.
